URSA AS is a privately owned company registered in Norway, and a subsidy to Mouawad Consulting AS, which is a  leading  firm in Environmental Engineering with specialization in Ballast Water Management onboard ships. URSA AS delivers services and products to ships, like maintenance and spare parts to BWMS, and a new series of drinking water and disinfectant equipment, URSA Essential Water Systems.

URSA AS is an approved member of the International Maritime Purchasing Association (IMPA).
